We hope you enjoyed exploring our collection of premium wigs and hair products. This page explains what happens after you've browsed our website, added your favorite items to your cart, and are ready to place your order — from checkout to delivery.


🛒 CART

Once you've selected your preferred products and clicked “Add to Cart,” you can review your order by visiting the cart page. You’ll have the chance to make adjustments — remove items, update quantities, or continue shopping.

When you’re ready to proceed, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You’ll then be directed to a secure checkout page where you’ll be asked to enter the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Delivery Address

  • Email Address

  • Order Notes (if any special instructions)


💳 PLACING YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT OPTIONS

At checkout, you’ll be required to select your preferred delivery method. The total amount (including delivery fees) will be clearly displayed before you complete the order.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  1. Debit/Credit Card Payment (processed securely via our payment gateway)

  2. Bank Transfer

Once you’ve chosen a payment method, click the “Place Order” button.
At this point, your order is submitted, and you’ll see a confirmation page with your order number and a summary of items purchased.

⚠️ Important:
If you selected bank transfer, your order will be marked as pending until we receive payment. Kindly make the transfer immediately, as we do not reserve stock. Orders not paid within 20 minutes are automatically cancelled.

If you selected card payment, you’ll be prompted to enter your card details securely and complete the transaction instantly.


📩 ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email titled:
“Your Marv Hair Collection Order Receipt.”
At this point, your order status will be updated to “Processing” — meaning we’ve received your payment and are preparing your items for dispatch.


🚚 DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, you’ll receive another email titled:
“Your Order Has Been Dispatched.”
This message will include your delivery information, tracking number (if applicable), or pick-up location — depending on your selected delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Lagos (Within): 1–2 working days

  • Outside Lagos: 2–7 working days (depending on your location & courier)

  • Nationwide delivery across Nigeria is available.

You may also receive notifications like: “A note has been added to your order” — these will contain tracking numbers or any relevant updates related to your delivery.

❌ PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

Please note that we do not offer payment on delivery or payment at pick-up for online orders.

However, customers visiting our physical store at:
19 Kalejaye Street, Shasha, Lagos, Nigeria
can pay via POS or cash.
We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
