At Marv Hair Collection, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Below is a detailed breakdown of our delivery timelines, costs, and processes for Lagos, other parts of Nigeria, and Ghana.
🚚 LAGOS DELIVERY (1–3 Working Days)
Delivery within Lagos varies by Local Government Area. All orders placed before 8:00 AM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Store Pickup (Ajah, Lagos):
You can select free next working day pickup at checkout from our store at:
19 Kalejaye Street, Shasha, Lagos.
✅ Metropolitan LGAs – Starting at ₦1,500
Delivery within 1–3 working days to the following areas:
Eti-Osa, Lagos Island, Ikeja, Apapa, Surulere, Yaba, Ebute-Metta, Iddo-Otto, Iwaya, Akoka, Makoko, Abule-Nla
🚗 Outskirts LGAs – Starting at ₦2,300
Delivery within 1–3 working days to:
Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Alimosho, Ojodu Berger, Festac, Mushin, Oshodi-Isolo, Ojo, Ikorodu, Agege, Ifako-Ijaiye, Amuwo-Odofin, Shomolu, Badagry, Ibeju-Lekki, Epe
🌍 OUTSIDE LAGOS DELIVERY – Starts at ₦3,300
Nationwide delivery available across Nigeria. Delivery fee is weight-dependent and will be calculated at checkout
📦 Standard Delivery Rates
Within Lagos: ₦1,500 – ₦2,500 per order (not per item)
Free Lagos Delivery: On orders over ₦35,000
Heavy / Bulk Orders: May incur additional charges — we’ll notify you in advance.
⚠️ We reserve the right to adjust delivery charges for bulk/wholesale orders or oversize items. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional fees. You can modify or cancel your order at this stage if needed.
📬 Delivery Addresses & Handling
Our delivery partners aim to bring your package directly to your doorstep. However, in some cases, you may need to coordinate delivery or rescheduling:
Office buildings: Deliveries left with reception
Homes with concierge/security: Parcels can be left with security if approved by you
Estates with restricted access: Our courier will call you. Rescheduling or security drop-off is available
Alternate recipient: Parcel may be delivered to a neighbor or designated third party at your request
If you’re unavailable, our couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
⚠️ Unforeseen Delivery Delays
Sometimes, external factors may affect delivery schedules, including:
Public holidays
Weather disruptions (e.g. heavy rain, flooding)
Inaccurate address details
Unavailability of the recipient
Courier strikes or vehicle issues
If delays occur, we will:
Notify you as soon as possible
Reschedule delivery
Offer a refund of delivery fees (in cases where delays are excessive or you opt to pick up instead)
