• Once we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email. That confirmation does not signify that the Products have shipped. Shipping details will follow.

• We aim to describe our Products accurately (color, weight, length, texture, etc.). However, Products may vary slightly from their images due to lighting, screen difference, or manufacturing variations.
• Custom colored or bespoke Products may have slight variations; these are part of the nature of custom work and do not constitute a defect.

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices include any applicable taxes (VAT etc.), except for shipping & handling fees which will be added at checkout.
• We accept payments via approved payment gateways. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

• Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, courier delays, customs, address issues).
• You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address. If delivery fails due to wrong or incomplete address, you may incur additional fees or reorder costs.
• Ownership (title) of the Products passes to you once the Products are delivered. Risk (such as damage in transit) passes to the courier/carrier once the Product leaves our premises.

• Because wigs / hair products are considered personal / intimate goods, custom colored or modified items may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• For non‑custom items: If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, notify us within [2 days] of delivery. We will ask for pictures/evidence, then offer either a replacement, refund, or store credit.
• In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the returned Product before processing any refund or exchange.

• All content on this Site (text, images, logos, graphics, product designs) is owned or licensed by Marv Hair Collection and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use anything on the Site without our written permission, except as reasonably necessary to use the Site or purchase Products.

• If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may communicate with you via email, SMS or WhatsApp for order confirmations, shipping updates, or customer support.

We warrant that Products will be free from manufacturing defects when delivered. If a defect arises under normal use within [14 days], we will provide a remedy as per our Returns Policy.

Other than what is stated above, Products are sold “as is,” with no further warranty, whether express or implied (including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose).

• We do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or harmful components.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marv Hair Collection’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of Products is limited to the purchase price you actually paid for the Product(s).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your order should, first, be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting our customer support.
• If not resolved informally within [7 days], either party may bring the dispute to the competent courts in Lagos, Nigeria.

• We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this Site with the “Last Updated” date changed.
• Continued use of the Site or placing of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
